I've spent the last decade moving between the keyboard and the whiteboard: writing the code myself early on, then leading the teams and roadmaps that ship it. That range is the point — I can review a pull request, run a stakeholder steering call, and draw the system diagram in the same afternoon, in the same language.
Across 25+ delivered programmes I've held a 95% on-time record, run budgets past €250K, and led teams of up to 12–15 engineers. The work spans regulated healthcare platforms, multi-storefront e-commerce, and increasingly, AI-and-automation product builds.
Alongside that I've built and run fulfilment for two live German e-commerce storefronts, Mealkarma and Greensbasket. On my own account I built — and still operate — a warehouse picking & dispatch system, fulfilling gift-bundle orders for a national retail partner.
Led a broad portfolio of product builds spanning AI-driven screening tools, agentic ordering systems, VoIP and social apps, and an XR shopping concept — owning delivery across concurrent workstreams.
Built and shipped a suite of ten-plus e-commerce systems across Shopify, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and Shift4Shop for clients spanning retail, hospitality and specialty goods.
Built the hospital's in-house operating portal from the ground up — now spanning 67+ integrated modules covering clinical and administrative workflows.
Delivered an HRMS platform and a full-stack restaurant management system covering table reservations through inventory control.
Built core features for a social media platform, early exposure to consumer-scale product engineering.
Started in a Hospital Information System build, the first of what became a career-long thread through healthcare and enterprise software.
A single in-house platform covering clinical and administrative operations end to end, built and extended over years of continuous ownership.
Audio and video interpretation platform connecting patients with live translators, with reporting built for clinical operations teams.
An AI-driven initial screening tool for candidate interviews, paired with an agentic ordering assistant that takes a restaurant order end to end in conversation.
